Sore.

Woke up @ 6 today and I texted Kristy & Alessandro. Found out that they weren't going to XC practice today. Sucks ! I went over to the park and followed the coach to Legg Lake. The whole lake was huuuuuge. I saw Elias and talked to him for a bit. Then we went for a warmup lap and went to some rest place thing o: stretched and the coach divided us into groups, either run 45 minutes or run 55minutes - 1 hour. I went to the 1 hour group cause they were in the 45 minute group. At first I ran with Henry & Daniel. But then Daniel started going fasterr, and i told Henry to go on w/o me, loll. So I ran alone for the rest of the time. After practicee I went to Walmart and bought some noodlesss, mmmm~
